Mold-Masters® Releases Hot Half Plate Options for EcoONE-Series Hot Runner System
Mold-Masters®, a leading developer and supplier of hot runners, controllers, auxiliary injection, and co-injection systems, has released updates to broaden the application suitability of its EcoONE-Series hot runner system.
Thermal gated EcoONE-Series hot runner systems are now available with hot half plate options. Hot half orders include the EcoONE-Series hot runner system, clamp plate, nozzle plate, insulator plate, leader pins, assembly bolts, wiring, final assembly, and electrical test.
Plates are currently available in 5 standard (metric/DIN) sizes:
- 350mm x 400mm (346mm x 396mm)
- 400mm x 500mm (396mm x 496mm)
- 600mm x 600mm (596mm x 596mm)
- 600mm x 800mm (596mm x 796mm)
- 800mm x 800mm (796mm x 796mm)
The standard thickness of the plates is determined by the nozzle size selected.
The EcoONE-Series is a highly economical solution suitable for processing commodity resins for simple, cost-sensitive applications such as consumer goods, small home appliances, basic automotive components, electronic peripherals/accessories and more. Manifolds are available in 1-16 drop configurations with custom pitch options.
