Mold-Masters® Releases Updates to Broaden Capabilities of EcoONE-Series Hot Runner System
Mold-Masters®, a leading developer and supplier of hot runners, controllers, auxiliary injection, and co-injection systems, has released updates to broaden the application suitability of its EcoONE-Series hot runner system.
The updates include:
- Adding a one-drop inline manifold option (thermal gate only)
- Adding a 16-drop manifold option
- Doubling the manifold block maximum size limitation from 300x300mm to 600x600mm (24 in. x 24in.)
- Expanding the range of available electrical connectors
The EcoONE-Series is a highly economical solution suitable for processing commodity resins for simple, cost-sensitive applications such as consumer goods, small home appliances, basic automotive components, electronic peripherals/accessories and more.
The EcoONE-Series standardized components enable Mold-Masters to offer rapid delivery and reduce costs to minimize investments for simple projects. Manifolds are available in 1-16 drop configurations with custom pitch options.
